We are all for the Fall
in the seasons of His hands
where He pulls in the strings 
of all His puppets 
calling in cold legions 
in a bitter Winter bleeding
before Spring arrives again
bathed in Light
and a new Summer stands

A Little Boy's Astounding Story of His Trip to Heaven and Back by Todd Burpo and Lynn Vincent. The cover has a young boy on it, with yellow and orange. A Great Book. Should you chance to stop by this poem again, which you may not...I am aware of that story Paula Goldsmith and it is a beautiful story. And is this the artist you refer to - Akiane Krmarik (her artwork I've featured via links in some of the more spiritual poems I've written). So many people who have NDE's return to confirm where the soul goes. People will argue it's hallucination before oxygen supply goes, or a natural way the body closes down to heal pain. An individual, could give it a damn good try though, being a hero. The world needs more heroes that are less about glorified speeches, and more about putting thoughts into actions. I don't know of any poet that became a political leader, must research. I'm sure someone will put me straight on that one in their own delightful way/s. Thank you Schmitty.

Every religion has a Messiah. I watched "Messiah" on Netflix two weeks ago. It has been deemed controversial. Well worth the watch. That did not inspire me to write this poem. What inspired me was a conversation around the number 7 totally out of and separate to 'religious' context. However, I found Netflix's "Messiah" compelling...a whole different take on it culturally and by religion. You could say, that was an "allegory" that stayed with me. Leanne

Lady Labyrinth January 15, 2020 at 1:22 AM Thanks Swartzmeister. The only way anyone, or anything "starts anew" in this life is to be "torn down", deconstructed. This is the only way to "start anew", how else could we or anything "start anew", if not to be torn down and deconstructed with the gift to do it all over again. Perhaps we could talk Reincarnation, but that's a whole other poem and involves the concept of "Souls". Evolution? Perhaps...then we go all Darwinian. 3 from my experience, is always a tricky number...someone always feels the odd one out....then again, I look at the crystal globe held in the hand of Salvador Mundi, and I wonder what that 3 signifies. I like the number 3. Particularly 3.33am seems to be of significance to me. But 3 as in The Trinity, the Holy Trinity I wonder? 3 quite another number entirely from 7, but united in their oddness. Lady Labyrinth January 14, 2020 at 9:00 PM I think we are forever evolving through revolutions and like the bushfires here, it is destruction, rebirth, destruction, rebirth and through that surely we transform; one would hope that we evolve to higher dimensional beings...at present our track record in Love and Light as a united humanity, without war and a concern for all that is on this Earth, creatures and plants, land, air and sea...is appallingly lacking in love, care and protection of all that we are, we are slowly killing ourselves and all life on this planet. Given the opportunity, we will probably do the same to frontiers outside of our planet in other worlds and galaxies. Was man created in the image of God? It makes one question that significant point always made in the good book. Perhaps this is part of the evolution, the transformation.

Not revolutionary, but of the number of revolutions, to create and destroy. The thoughts I present, could open a whole can of worms, but I like poems that make you think deeper than the surface grains. Lady Labyrinth January 14, 2020 at 8:22 PM I think it is the greatest mystery of all. I've been researching Jesus, The Shroud of Turin, God, Christianity and other religious faiths for some time and the controversies in our world that relate at present, for quite some time now. I have read a few of the religious books, not just the Bible, but that Revelations is intriguing when you consider everything happening in our world at present. Is it true? Or is it just an illusion, like the crystal sphere in the Salvador Mundi's hand, could be Camera Obscura, and Leonardo da Vinci's image is the face of Jesus imprinted on the Shroud of Turin? The further one delves, the more faith in religion is questioned. I have my beliefs, it is up to the reader to discern in their own mind what is true and what is not, what is faith and what is not. What is coming and what is not.Thanks for your kind comment. Leanne. x
