Reverie

Listen to poem:
(Another old, childhood poem.) Do you remember the old water well, constructed of wood, stone, shingles, and clay? It still stands in the dell -- old, decrepit, and gray. Bordered by flowers of varying hues. it serves as an altar to a lonely recluse. The old water well where once we did meet lies crumbling in dust, a hermit's retreat.
