Reveal yourself

Revealing yourself
Feels like a burden

You try real well
To disguise your pain

Doing so pushed me aside
Still I listen to your silence

I accept your choice
I protect your lie

But I don’t want to absorb
What’s not mine to carry

Those eyes still avoid
What you want the most

Past is no longer shown
Evolving makes you see

Can’t hold on to this bond
If you don’t face clarity

Reveal the truth
The one’s your own

Cut the wrong ties
Who made you run

Act on inspiration
Sustain your steps

Your time is up
So never do less

Connect to the moment
Create with passion

Instincts won’t fail you
In a shift of emotion

Take my advice

With love
M
