~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Trembling, like the stillness of fresh snow,
Coloring the world in beautiful, delighted
Surrendering the night to stars all aglow,
Miracles, graceful as lover’s hearts, united.
Blazing with the music, tones of rich song,
Reassuring the dreamers with soft sighs,
Breaking through whimsical winds, so strong,
Echoes of laughter, rising into the skies.
Rustling like the birds do when they croon,
Warbling into the noon with joyful tunes,
Melodies rich and wise, making hearts swoon,
Shadowing the spirit, reflecting hopeful moons.
Dancing on the heart in breaths of light,
Promising the night to reach beyond the dark,
Across blankets of snow, rich and white,
Beyond the worries untold, risking a rosy spark.
Breaking through the clouds on a noon day,
Erasing all the gasping doubts with praise,
Knowing this love, so true – it will not betray,
Coloring the heart in a beautiful that will amaze.
Reaching through the night, reflections of grace,
Following the still, clear gaze of one who believes.
Kindling a faith that assures souls of God’s embrace,
Whatever comes, there is a love that never leaves.
Stirring awake the morning with a sunrise fire,
Beaming across the still, clear dawn – inviting,
Soothing the broken with compassion to admire,
Assuring, with love, our story – God is rewriting!
