Restless Legs Syndrome

You suffer daily at your office job.
All day long your restless legs bob and bob,
wiggling, quivering--- up, down, left, right.
This antsiness keeps you awake at night.

You try to relax, lying on the couch.
Your legs are jumpy, even as you slouch.
These symptoms increase, keeping you twitchy,
troubled, anxious, jittery, fidgety.

For your disorder, you have tried the pills,
but they give you nausea, bloating, chills,
dizziness, lethargy, constipation,
vomiting, and a burning sensation.

Let's race for a cure with a 12k run.
You can even walk; it's all for good fun.
Let your restless legs get lost in the groove.
When it's all over, your legs won't want to move.

Can identify with this being a fellow sufferer.Very apt unfortunately but cleverly expressed.

I have it to a very mild extent, so I can realize it must be horrible to have it on a full scale. I also have a tinge of fibromyalgia. There are many mysterious things people have these days. My biggest desire is for a cure to cancer. The treatments for it are hideous! Good one, Juliet. (I have restless MIND, so I have to take a sedative at night just to keep from waking up every hour!!!)
