Restful Landing

God’s land is shining today
Golden leaves in the sunshine
As if a new painting is done
Ready to be framed in memory
Multi-Colored scenes along the roadside
Reflections in the mirror of the lake
Where the mountain is a photographer’s paradise
Fresh warm air settles senses
As the watcher follows single leaves, letting go
Hoping to move with change so easily
All with a restful landing in faith

Stay safe! Heidi Sands September 27, 2020 at 5:20 AM Wow DT. I think it is earlier here due to the drought. Our river is drying up. I took photos yesterday. But, around my home is like big yellow globe of color with trees all around. Thank you. I hope you have a nice day today :)
