Resolve

Maybe I can still save something
Salvage fragments from the wreckage
Piece by piece
The puzzle can be made whole
And glued together with dry tears
Maybe one more try ought to do it
If the eyes see
The legs still walk
The heart beats
Then it’s not over is it?
One more try
For old times sake
Maybe I can still save something
Or maybe I can still save it all
