Rerouni
I continue on a lonely path that is never-ending.
Making stops along the way, I am finding myself searching.
I am searching for that brass ring or diamond in the sky.
No limits, no rules, just walking down the road.
I keep slipping through the cracks without a trace.
I am invisible to them yet they are not invisible to me.
I stop to give them a little advice here and there.
All that is left are footprints in the dirt or sand.
I disappear without a trace and the townspeople go back to the way they were.
A new destination awaits but I will not stay for long.
