It’s not so hard to change what you’re thinking
If what you’re thinking troubles you
Think about something else
Something that makes you smile
Like a remote control changes the stations on a television
Don’t like the program you’re watching?
Change the channel
Watch something else
You can channel surf too
If you want to
Go through a bunch of different thoughts
Until you find one you like
And then think on that
You can always change the channel
Just
Click
A different show
A different thought
See how easy that is
Now go watch your favorite program.
