Laying on the field Day dreaming about a picnic As my family life kinda hasty: Mom always working to put food on the table, dad missing Such is nature the rapture, Promising myself that I'll be a better dad Spending More time with my kids Those keys, but deep down I know Time hits and life hurt's, Saw the bruises on my moms hands And She hid them with white gloves, Not knowing that I see the work And the pain she's in, I know it's not easy being clean Even harder being straight, But she managed while my dad was missing,
