Reminisce

Open those gifts,
Blink in the light,
Soften those lifts,
Preparing to ride,
Surprises of path,
Widen my smile,
Intention to laugh,
Shorten those miles,
Leaves blown down,
Breeze lifts the warmth,
Beautifully sound,
New love is born,
View of baby blue,
White clouds afloat,
Moments anew,
Time to devote,
Hand in hand,
Sight intertwined,
Forgo all plans,
Memories rewind,
Hearts on our sleeves,
Warmth to the touch,
In us we believe,
Loved us so much,
Remember?
Our first fall,
Night comes slumber,
Embrace we call,
Never forget,
What we once was,
Please come back!
My lost cause.
