Remember the Day
Can You Remember the day
a time when you were young
you could go and play
feeling safe and no worries
so much you wanted to do
life was never going to end
you had dreams of such hope
and you could reach the stars
but as you grew up the world changed
your life became rearranged
hopes became fantasies and wishes
how far could you go and climb
the world came in with a crash
and now you struggle to survive
your only doing what makes it
but in the end i will win
i shall retire and live my dream
and hope for a better life for all
