Relive My Glory

At the end of the day There is no one to blame No one at fault Timing and I are my worst enemy Disguised as my own fears and discomforts Taking different shapes and figures The Dementor Taking the dictionary of me From the dusty old shelf Page by page Never putting the book down I’m always moving Step by step Advancing Day by day But I know I’m back at another Square zero I’ll be back at square zero again The afterglow may have just been one of my own visions But oh the iridescence Was so breathtaking While it lasted But I don’t mind They will always stay with me I will never forget The prophets will deliver my prophecies When I’m in need of help A creature of the night and day We all are A shadow A starlight Both of each Some more than the other But oh so everchanging There is so much for me to go on No time to waste No time for me to wait It is my path It is my choice Youth may slowly fade But I keep it inside for as long As I can hold on I can stand the tides The hurricanes The earthquakes The hellfires It will be alright It will be okay I embrace them all I embrace myself I scream into the night I will relive my glory Once more
