Release My Anger

I can bury all my emotion
Deep within my mind
To avoid any commotion
I’ll just pretend I’m blind

If you hold it in to long
You’ll burst out at the seams
Then you’ll know that it was wrong
And will see it in your dreams

Just use your self expression
Try never to feel ashamed
It will keep you from depression
And no-one will be blamed

I learned to release my anger
In a very healthy way
I used to be a banger
Now out of trouble is where I stay
