Rekindled Flame

Regrets
                                               True love usurped
                                           Snuffed out like a candle
                                   Deathbed meeting, rekindled flame
                                 Unrested spirits’ midnight rendezvous
Searching for love once thrown away
                                         Foolish mistakes and pride
                                              Lives spent apart
                                                      Regrets
