Regurgitation

At the mere sight of your beauty
I feel something inside of me
Like a pressure that is building
Bit my lip and face is flushing

And then you sit right beside me
What to do? I got panicky!
Either get up and walk away
Or turn around and then say “hey!”

And when an hour has passed us by
You turned around and said “goodbye!”
Stood up, I will never forget
Looked at you with full of regret!

Felt my heart and it’s moving up
In my throat like there is a lump
I bent down and opened my mouth
Everything inside just came out

And this moment that I have yearned
There is a lesson to be learned
There might not be a second chance
Surely it will only come once!
