Reflections
The moon has no light of its own.
Just a reflection of the light put in.
Waxing and waning in the starlit sky,
A giant mirror; but of life, not tin.
So am I, a reflection of those around.
Giving away what was given to me.
A giant mirror; but of life, not tin.
The light I shine, for other's to see.
You taught me another way to be.
A giant mirror; but of life, not tin.
A mirror only reflects.
But I can shine from within.
A giant mirror; but of life, not tin.
I can radiate the light,
for others to reflect
And when I do... Oh what a sight!
