Do they have to wear a whistle and a mask? I did not think they had to wear a mask outside; confused now. What state are you in?

The high school wrestlers are in the gym. Georgia. My referee husband was told he had to wear a mask but then wonders how he would blow a whistle...lol

Did the referee wear a mask? I'd like him to whistle. :) ~~

My husband is a wrestler referee. He was told this season they’d have to wear a whistle and he was wondering how you’d blow your whistle...lol!
