Referendum might work Minority groups control the world Most people have no say Do we want political correctness, no Will the masses have their day If you look back to the 1960s Back when the system worked Back when the police got respect so swiftly And the teachers discipline Irked Parents can’t control their kids Mothers driven crazy Don’t spank the child it’s not did A slap over the wrist for Daisy Don Johnson

The world does seem to have gone crazy, Don. I would rather see justice than "political correctness." And I couldn't agree more about the lack of discipline that is leaving us with a generation of couch potatoes who think life will hand everything to them at no cost. I don't favor hitting children, but there are other effective forms of punishment -- putting them to work around the house is one example that actually might help them gain a better perspective.
