Rediscover Infinity

One day I'll stop fearing you Regain my grip on reality And in my mind the stars will have disappeared Returning light where light is due Excuses be devoid of meaning But time was never kind to me I cower in the corner Of a dark and senseless world Bereft of ears to hear your voice Blessed child The day you are redeemed Is the day you stop denying that I am always with you In Heaven you are not condemned In Heaven you will have disappeared Returning light where light is due And on that day we rediscover infinity

Congratulations for having your poem featured this week. Poetry, like a painting, brings different thoughts and feelings to each reader or observer. On my second read, it seemed like you were talking to God and lessons about life that He tries to teach...people so often will not HEAR His promptings. I like the poem a lot. I believe, that when we "disappear from mortal life, we reappear in spiritual form to the heavens, to God. We will know, infinitely. Thanks for sharing. Lovingly, Dane Ann

Are you talking about a son/daughter here? Seems like a bad relationship exists between the two. A time will come when to work on this relationship, and there will be no excuses, no denials. on that day, infinity will be discovered. Is infinity the unconditional unlove? Great piece, Yani.

You and I seem...to always be on the same page. Why is it that people don't understand their ego/self will not exsist within the higher consciousness, being part of EVERYTHING denies an ego self...you must loose your self in the body of God. Soul may still exsist this diamond constantly polished by their will be no memory of thee or me.

This is fine food for thought, Yani. A great master once said, "If you can give up fear, you need never give up anything else." Easier said than done, eh? Congrats on this selection. Love, daver
