Redemption
“This is just a beginning”, - thanks, message received
Though I think it's a continuation
I'll be sanctioned for lot more of things they conceive
For the sin to belong to some nation
So next after the payment service I use
Come the goods that I'm used to buy
They can sanction my bread, my still water and booze
The streets where I walk, and the sky
That hangs over me, in its winter pale gray
Fully sanctioned, and wholly defeated
In all that I am, I may bother to say
“So I guess now your aim is completed?”
Please help me to get back my basic rights
Charged in crimes that I didn’t commit
I contributed well to your victory fight
Do not disappoint me with cheat
I’ve endured the sweetest revenge you arranged
My redemption must be very near
Just sanction my thoughts and it will make a change
A whole lot of change to appear.
