Redeemed

Redeemed
by Dawne Zacharias

Sin has found me on my knees
My hands hold my face to hide me
Tears drop slowly from my eyes
Filled with my hearts burden of lies
                               Jesus sees the problem here
His teaching's and love make it clear
                                 Repentant eyes now do see
the new journey he has set in front of me
the door is opened the offering of his grace
The Atonement is real a living place

                                  Jesus Christ, I now see
the droplets of blood that were,
                                        spilled for me
                                          in the Holy
                                           Garden of
                                         Gethsemane
                                      Our sins upon Him
                                     then nailed to a tree
                                      his life freely given
                                      my repentence received,
                                          I was set free.
