Redback

Redback Black Widow spiders we have here, Way down south in Aus. They live, We call em Red Back spiders, dear, Splash of red on the, butt no jive, but poison just aint cider. Bite burns like fire McGwyver, Been bit myself of course, You find em on the toilet seat, When bowels can cause remorse, Watch out for this spider. One visit to the nursing home, The nurses were a screaming, Spider on the bloody wall, I punched it out, a winner called, Flushed toilet water, dreaming. Don Johnson 9-aug-11

We have a Black Widow here also..It can be deadly..I have seen them in dark damp places hiding waiting for a victim..We also have something called a fiddle back..It is brown or tan with the shape of a violin on its back..Great topic and presentation of the topic..Enjoyed reading this eve..Sara

How witty, Don! We have black widows in Florida, too. They're tiny and I don't think I've ever been bitten by one. Had a great laugh reading the last verse. Soup mail coming. Love, Carolyn
