I don't feel like you're off thw mark with this one S.V. It seems to read like assuredness within the first letter. While the second is replying with questions, posed by outside factors, not a denouncing of feelings. Best of luck to you my friend! A.S.

You know A.S. I thought of changing it to look more like 2 letters, and I realized just what you have written. There is no room to add "dear loved one" but if that is taken as understood, then the words do fit what he might say to her in a letter- and The second stanza, is what she may reply to him in a letter. Thank you for this affirmation. I guess it feels good to have someone independantly agree with what I am feeling. Thank you.

I like this. It is not easy to know how to do sedoka. I wrote one and several others not posted yet. It was a weekend of writing poetry!

I am sure this one is wrong Andrea. It is supposed to be in the form of a letter to one of them and a reply (I think) to the other. But being so restricted with the syllable count, I couldn't make it any more like a letter than I did, which obviously isn't correct.. But I tried. Glad you liked it. I look forward to reading yours.

Wonderful entry for the contest, Wen! Through your words I can hear pop love songs especially in the line "we're too young they say." You have captured so much of the experience of "young love" in this poem. Well said. Well written! Blessings to you! Best wishes for the contest!
