Red River Girl

My heart belongs to the Red River girl,
with her smile and her eyes ever bright.
Her long hair in a Red River curl,
how I long to be holding her tight.

I know by her kind eyes of blue
that I won't let her out of my sight,
and I hope she will always be true,
but first, she must decide to swipe right.

Hello David, Just like Tom I thought about Red River Valley. I also saw the movie Red River. You can turn this into a song and I just loved the twist at the end, which I was not anticipating. Spring Blessings, My Friend, Daniel

Thanks Daniel. Watching that movie and hearing those songs, it just seems like romance has a different look and feel nowadays.
