Ah Rectitude - having perfect moral fiber. I think maybe Diogenes would have been satisfied if he could have found a man with rectitude. Instead he spent his life searching for such man with no one but Rataplan by his side. If only he could have realized that all he had to do to find perfect honesty and loyalty was to look at the dogs he lived with. I have yet to find a human with as much dignity as I have found in my pets. Good job here. God Bless my friend, JB

My dearest, Judy, ...take it easy. I only said that rectitude was the guiding star...I didn't say that many follow it. Hahaha. As far as my ancestor Diogenes is concerned, it is true he was looking to find an honest man holding a lantern in his hand during the day but he never gave up his quest and so shouldn't we. Thank you and blessings, my friend.

Great Monoku dear Demetrios; it's incredible how some syllables can have meanings: Follow the path of righteousness, and you will have your destiny fulfilled! very well said, have a great day

Among my ancestors, there were some great philosophers like Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle. They considered the Laconic way of writing to be a sign of wisdom. Myself, having studied philosophy and having taught the subject, I strive to emulate their Laconic way but to no avail. However, from time to time I may achieve some positive results. Thank you for your appreciation and your support, my dearest friend, Lasaad. God bless you.
