Reconciliation At Work In Our Lives
Reconciliation is manifested by God along His grace
Such reminds us of His abundant compassion of mercy-brace
As His believers, pardoned to enjoy sanctification-rays
While we also offer forgiveness with no bitterness’ trace.
Reconciliation’s good attitude is God’s instruction
Such keeps us repenting from our sins in our earnest confession
As His ambassadors, walking through the Spirit’s confirmation
While we worship Him, aiming for His name’s exaltation.
Reconciliation is commanded by God through His authority
Such moves us to love Him and others with sincerity
As His children having life eternal and salvation-security
While we abide in His will of blessed certainty.
Reconciliation is taught by God, practically right
Such drives us for prudent dealings with prayer-might
As His redeemed who in His compassion must delight
While we thank Him for reaching down to us from glorious height.
Reconciliation is affirmed by God as a principle to nurture
Such upholds us to stand against deceit of worldly feature
As His followers who are led by His Word’s truth-posture
While we continue sharing the Gospel toward heavenly venture.
Reconciliation is asserted by God we should exercise
Such helps us submit with humility against pride’s device
As His learners trained to seek holy advice
While we strive to become scripturally wise.
Reconciliation*, favored by God, gives us sense of fulfillment
Such builds us in our church covenant engagement
As His body, persevering to be united in our ministry involvement
While we please Him by faith through our stewardship’s assignment.
*2Corinthians 5:18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation.
