What kid doesn't like recess? Teeter totters go up and down. Little feet touching the ground with happy little giggly sounds, but who is the king of the castle? Your poem would be fun to put to music. As a former kindergarten teacher, I just loved it and all it's tickling writing.

It tickles me that my writing tickles you, Marikate. Here's to your weekend and a Happy 2023. btw, Kindergarten teachers are all heroes in my book. As a former high school teacher, I saw kindergarden as a classroom of 25+ separate classes - each child a world unto his own. ~ gw
