People should not suffer, any more, after natural disasters, due to the the ineptitude of the government, before the disaster.

Rebuilding By Franklin Price 10/12/2017 Rebuilding all, is what we do We did it after World War Two Rebuilt Japan and Germany And they had been our enemy All their basics mostly done Brought them back, it wasn't fun It cost a lot of cash to do To bring them back, their lives renew. Now we find ourselves today Hurricanes have come our way Our islands now, we must restore Nature did it, not a war. Situation dire, and yet we fret What about their present debt? It's about the peeps, not politics We're acting like a bunch of pricks Puerto Rico, ruined, there you see They are our own, not enemy Must bring them back, again as new That's the least that we should do It's the people, not the government The hurricane has come and went If they had elected you, There's nothing that you wouldn't do If the media is telling lies About withdrawing, I despise all them, and their hate for you You can't do that, if it is true We must rebuild our island lands Slammed by the eye and outer bands Now's not the time to think of debt Congress could pay, with graft, I'll bet
