Rebellion At the Cause

Rebellion at The Cause

I’m running on a heat wave
Dancing with angels on a pin head
Slapped on a pallet
Of curious colours

Uses me in mad artistic brush strokes

Tripping on a ballet
Like a fire crackers splash
Shimmying on dangerous sidewalk cracks
Careless freak of Friday night

Gyrations jigger and giddy with me

I am beating at piano keys
Swaying harmonious epiphanies
Plucking at bestial heart strings
And jumping into Satan’s fire, screaming

Rebellions bravery has made me uncaring of Eden

While tap dancing on heated coals
Chill ice pulses cold
And with a sniff I quaff
This fine and elegant cup of human blood

Buggered you be if you think you can stop me

I am the screeching banshee
The fickle incandescence of your haunted innocence
A wailing stranger
On a list of statistical abuses

And it will be a dark night indeed, when you find me

A vengeance of seething retribution
Has come to steal away your comfortable heaven
And mock your bloodlines
Even now my shoeless feet pirouette in the dust

And a million angels can balance sublime on a pinhead

I cavort on the edge
Ride the fleshes roller coaster of touches
And die slapped to a pallet
Of ever curious colours

Not with the tongues of a million angels can you catch

Well I hope all those angels don't hear you (while they are balancing sublime on a pinhead) cause if they can do that...and we call out to them, we might just get you. Huh? Well, I hope not. You sure are on an awesome roly-poly poetry thang. Wowsers. Love, Shar
