Rebel Man

I looked for a rebel
A person
A contrary man
Instead I found one in command
He helped me understand

His words demand to be read
I heard what he said
His words 
They have weight like lead
Ideas molten
Flow from his head

A person
A contrary reflective man
He faced head on
When others ran
The embodiment of I CAN
I read
I see
I think
I understand
I reach out
I shake the hand
Of the Rebel Poet Man
