Reality Rehab

Yesterday was my 22nd birthday and an intervention was my gift
Today I share a room with these three dope fiend heroin addicts

One is in the bathroom throwing up, the other two in the corner shooting up

I hope I stashed enough pills to make it, rehab coffee is no substitute
Thinking it is all under control while grabbing a water to swallow my pain away
