Reality of My Mind

Reality of My Mind

So much I cannot understand
World upon world
Drifting through my mind
Are they all real?
Which ones are visions of infinity?
Who lives on them?
Do they know that I am watching?
There is so much in just one reality
Although I wish to understand it all
It is so hard and so painful
Too much for my feeble mind to absorb
Roads going everywhere and nowhere
Leading to differing places
Yet, I am afraid to travel them
Not knowing to what world they would lead
My thoughts have twisted the universe
Into something I can no longer trust
I cannot make it stop
I cannot turn everything normal again
My mind created the world
Made up the roads
That will have to be my reality
For a very long time to come
