Reality Is Lost
The days are getting shorter
But the nights are certainly longer
The brilliance of the evening
Brings lifelong expansion
As time moves slower
So does our heart move slower
And words get lost amongst
The many timeless nights along
The nights are going towards
Late travels without a passport
And I hate being lost into
The night air all alone
As the waves approach high tide
So does the moon preach timidly
About the times lost into space
And the world seems to stop
Now is the time to sort
Emptiness out of nothing
And ride tide towards the edge
Of oblivion, where moments are forgotten
Just as time speaks of longer
So our words st art to fal l a par t
A nd I a m lo st t ow ard s n ot h in g
An d re a l ity I s l o st fo r ev e r
