Real Tracks

If my train of thought took to tangible tracks, (Tracks not abstract but real, in fact) It would jump and twist-- flash and dash-- In lands where trains are yet to whistle, With green rolling hills Where thoughts soar like missiles. I would stay a long time (As long as I could) Speeding so freely where no man has stood.

This poem captures the abstract mind of creative people, which you are surely one of! Unfortunately, I had to give this only an honourable mention because I asked for NEW poems. Where are all your new poems =) I'd like to see some more.
