Real Me
All wrapped up in a body that’s perfectly flawed,
grey hair showing up as the sunshine hits her head.
Imperfect skin,
pores are prominent,
Wrinkles emerged.
Brown colored complexion,
waved its glory to the sun.
Unafraid to be blushed,
a middle aged liege who’s been through a lot.
Managed to stand up against everything and anyone who stood on her way to self love.
Against all odds,
but grabbed the torch to be her real self.
And she fought and emerged victorious.
She’s a fighter and a survivor.
No one can take herself away from where she is
and to where she’s going.
She came prepared, geared up and will never give up.
