Real Lies

They say that one must not lie
Should always speak the truth
but sometimes, we lie to ourselves
Everything will fall in place
every dream will come true
if it doesn't.. you did not work hard enough
you were not brave enough
to take the leap
but what happens
when you fall and reach quicksand?
you swim but you already know
you are going to drown
your pretty but you know
someday, someone will wear your crown
you will make it to hell
fire stones will pave your way
Hope will be strewn in pieces
that is what the liar says
