Ravenous Clocks

Time goes sprinting by. Like an animal it flees. Seconds Minutes Hours Days. Quickly ticked away. The clock is a hungry mouth. Eating away all the time. Eagerly it goes. Swiftly sailing, soaring. Gone. A thousand years in a blink. Then your time is spent. You can only hope to know, Exactly where your time went.
