A yummy one and so clever. My family used to pick these in Vermont. They are so pretty and your poem, even without the picture, says that. ( Although that is pretty too ) Yikes, I will adhere to your last line from now on. Not a fan of wriggly worms! Congradulations on your win. Hooray!

This is great, Jan! I remember reading an article recently about letting rasberries soak because of the little worms. Don't want to eat them! Congrats on your 1st place win! Blessings, Kim M

Ripe blackberries galore / Round juicy and taste sweet / Rasberries I rarely see / Really I prefer these / Rummaging in brambles / Rarely the red ones seen.

I will get another crop at the end of the month or in October. How I got 'super raspberry' cane (see below) to be so prolific in fruiting and spreading is a mystery. I purchase 6 canes and only this one grew and grew and grew! hugs Jan xx

I get an amazing crop twice a year - all from one raspberry cane which evolved into 'super raspberry' i now have over 40 canes:-) hugs jan xx
