Rainy Day Dance
Soft sounds
Touching the grounds
Tapping on the roof tops
In the quiet
For an instance
Lives a worldly dance
Rain water flows
Dark clouds grow
Swirling in the skies
The world fully
At times alive
Yet life quietly sighs
And time moves on
We know not where
Its simply gone
Books to read
The dryer rings
Daily life begins again
Joy and pain
The world still sings
