It was a bright and sunny day,
yet, a raindrop fell from the blue sky;
and lay on my cheek with a sigh;
then, it began to stray,
it crawled a path to my red lips,
and stayed there clinging;
the beauty of it so stinging;
it laid still- but soon slowly drips,
and on my ruby lips I taste salt,
this raindrop is like a tear;
and I hear a whisper in the air;
that makes me suddenly halt,
when I get home- you had died,
oh gran you came to me a raindrop;
I truly believe you made a stop;
before to Heaven you had to glide,
You came as a raindrop kiss,
to caress your girl one last time;
before those steps you had to climb;
grandma- I will always your love miss.
