Quota For Nypd

A class action has brought cops in New York, who label their Chief a liar, and the NYPD another "mafia organization," as they risk all, by saying they are asked to meet a quota of arrests. They are minority cops, and hate doing this to their own people, just to earn their rent and food. Enough is enough and they are speaking out ... they have spoken to the Media.
