In the indigo skies, Where the stars glisten, unsteady Trembling, alive Like the enigmatic pieces of life, Promising time will soon define everlasting, Grace that brings with it – The still, soft yearnings of faith that agrees… In the quiet skies, Where silence glows, hesitant To provide the solace, the comfort The peace that comes from believing, He is abiding in the heavens, where stars breath, Where light blesses the angel’s wings, Healing, helping, hoping… Beyond the silent praises, worshipping In amazement, Beyond the quiet skies, His brilliance, Shining, more dazzling than the beautiful In the heart of a sunlit dawn, At the core of a moonlit thought, Beyond the music in softest tones, Music played by the angel’s harps…. In quiet skies, The light flows down, Silencing the distant seas, Erasing every mystery… With the knowing that forever, We’ll be… Around the throne, where Jesus brings… Souls into the presence of His Father’s Love, A love that blesses beyond the spirit’s comprehension, Beyond the lights in the heavens, Beyond the lights in the blessings, Beyond the eternal that accepts us… Into its forever, into its beautiful, into its breathless… Peace that lasts eternally, peace that is ours, Peace that never lets us fear, never allows our tears, But, gives our souls the answers, the assurance That wherever we go, in heaven… We can know the wonder of His comfort, His blessing… Forever, in the arms of grace – forever, seeing into the face… Of the One who made a way for us to shine, More alive than the sun or moon, more dynamic than the stars, More than we’ve ever been or hoped to be – because His love is with us, forever bringing us – together with Him, The One who makes us into reflections of love, Reflections of the light that shines so bright, eternally, Forever lifting the dark of night… In quiet skies… He shines so alive, I know He is mine, eternally Alive, so that I can abide In His presence, where nothing on earth Can ever define the music that pours forth, From the soul that is washed by His life’s blood. Forever, always, with Him… I can know the wonder of this light, That seeks to stir my soul’s hope – Beyond the lingering grace that abides Beyond those quiet skies… He is forever the reason that my soul keeps believing!

Dear Gina, Your poem is a beautiful and evocative exploration of faith and the divine. The imagery of the "indigo skies" and "trembling stars" sets a peaceful and contemplative tone. The poem beautifully captures the yearning for understanding and the comfort found in faith. The poem progresses through various aspects of faith, from the quiet whispers of hope and the awe-inspiring presence of the divine, to the ultimate promise of peace and love. The repetition of "beyond" throughout the poem emphasizes the vastness and incomprehensibility of God's love and grace. The ending lines, "In quiet skies… He shines so alive, / I know He is mine, eternally," offer a powerful declaration of personal faith and the enduring comfort found in God's presence. Gina, this is a moving and deeply personal poem. It is a beautiful testament to the power of faith and the hope it brings. - Blessings, Daniel

your poem was soulful, dear Gina. I love quiet skies, especially in the morning. Walking and looking up at them stirs my soul and gives me strength and hope, the kind you mentioned in your last verse. Well done, Gina. Have a blessed day, Sara
