Quiet Comfort
Sitting at
the table there,
Behind her book,
Behind her hair,
She took a bit of solace in,
Quietly, amid the din.
Shunned of those
she could not be,
She rested now
Contentedly,
Kindred hearts
At the table there,
Behind the vail of open book,
Within the loved
Library nook
Quiet
comfort
Library chair.
Many poets
Met her there.
