Notes About The Poem

For contest written 3/25/25 sponsored by Miranda Hawley

Put Your Wig On!

“Put your wig on” kid was crying
Seems like mom can’t win for trying

Kid blew his lid seeing her hair
And his teary eyes blinded from stare

Social media ate it up viral it went
Moms luck was a wig she wore no sin

Poor little kid thinks mom is sick
Unless she keeps on her luxury wig!

Brings back those 'good ole days:' "Put on your red dress, baby; wear that wig hat on your head." Remember?...

If you could’ve seen the baby’s teariest horrified face it’s soooo funny! Thanks
