Why, thank you, Howard. I appreciate the visit and finding this Tanka superior. It is sad but I haven't felt up to doing gardening this year and morning glories have wrapped things up which means that there will that many more out there next year. 👍⭐. Sara K.

Through this beautiful scene, you have provided a visual delight to all of us. I see bees and monarch butterflies flitting around the Maximillian blooms. A well written tanka, dear Sara.

I can imagine how much butterflies would enjoy buddleia bushes as well as hummingbirds, Jan. The buddleias are a lovely specimen. I have tried to have them, but the cold here kills them when we have one of those really cold winters. Sara K

Your 'purple blossoms- pon mexican petunia'- are breathtaking and- can see how much you love your Garden . My purple bushes are lavender and my 2nd fav. are roses. So we have something very important in common - Flowers! Love and blessings. Jennifer.

Yes, the love of flowers, trees, shrubs, and other things in nature are good points of writing and conversation. Thanks for the visit and kind review of my work. Sara K

Vivid autumn imagery, Sara! Personally, i thought the end of year flowers more brilliant than the pastel blooms of Spring. You’ve captured the late scene before the butterflies & birds fly south. Picturesque penning! My hugs

Why, thank you, Sally. Yes, when I had zinnias, I had such a large variety of butterflies but this year I did not have the zinnias but if God is willing, I will plant some next year. Sara
