Pulling Muscles

I pulled a muscle on my weak back
How long ago? ...about a week back 

I pulled a muscle on my thigh 
And also, one in my lazy eye 

I pulled a muscle on my neck and calf 
When I tried to imitate a small giraffe 

I pulled a muscle on my arm 
Reaching for my heart alarm 

I pulled a muscle on my toe 
Now it follows me wherever I go

I pulled a muscle on my hip 
At my age...I should not try to flip

I pulled a muscle on my leg  
I should have stretched my wooden peg

I pulled some muscles all over myself 
I think I'd do better if I were on the shelf
 
I pulled so many muscles...what's wrong with me? 
Ouch! I just pulled a F'ing muscle on my knee

Ouch! Funny...but ouch! This is particularly particular for me, C. I've been having back problems for the last week or so. Don't know, however, if mine is muscle or nerve related.
