Promise Me
Promise me
The jungle remains the same
So it so hard to see you change
Responsibilities has turn you into a stranger
You are not who you use to be any more
I understand you are the first daughter
All other siblings looking up to you
You are like a woman like a man
Cos the responsibilities on your neck
Is drawing you down the strange lane
But you got to hold on
I know you are a fighter
Yes you can't go down with this pressure
Out there in the street is not friendly
So promise me you will be fine
Promise me you will not lose your ways
Promise me I will see you again
Promise me
She said
It can't be easy all the time
But we can always be who we are
With all this pressures of needs
Out here on the jungle
There is no mercy nor pity
If you are not in line
Here you will be way out of touch
Yet I remember I promised
My love ones
That I will always be fine out here
I vividly remember mama prayers
So I will never give up
Despite the hardship in the jungle
I will always for mama keep my soul heathy
So I promise you will see me again
I promise you I won't lose my way
I will always fine my way home
Peacefully ??
