My Sweet
If we have a luncheon date
as we both tempt loves fate
Promise me you will agree
to have an evening dinner for two
dining just me with only you
My Dearest
If we kiss tonight
dancing beneath the silver moonlight
Stars twinkling within our eyes
you must promise me
that you will agree
Your morning kiss will awaken me
My Turtledove
If I say I love you
and you know that I do
Promise me that you will agree
that it will always be
Because you love me too
Promise me as we both can see
we love each other true
