Prolonging
Lingering memories, those
I yonder,
I yearn for the marvel,
As I wonder,
All emotions grasped,
I am torn asunder,
Thoughts of mine, all squandered,
Taken by its oblivion,
Its beauty I ponder,
Stolen away by its prolonging
Sensations,
Plundered,
In England’s streets I wander…
